"Parva Domus" is a charming independent house located in the historic center of Modica. From its strategic location, you can easily reach every point of the county city, as well as the beautiful neighboring art cities like Scicli, Ragusa, Ibla, Noto, and the famous places of Montalbano and much more. The residence can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The house is large, bright and equipped with every comfort for your stay (TV, air conditioners, and more). The residence is composed of: entrance with staircase access to the first floor, where there is a conditioned living room with double bed, TV, balcony, kitchen; next to the living room is a very comfortable bathroom with a large shower. On the same floor, there is a functional laundry room with a washing machine. On the second floor, there is a conditioned double bedroom, a second single bedroom, a modern bathroom with a convenient shower. In the parquet hallway there is a convenient closet. The floors are a feature of the furnishings.
In the structure, there is a convenient kitchen where guests can prepare a great breakfast (not included). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, oven, microwave and everything you need for DIY cooking.
